Many people assume that separating from their spouse automatically cancels their Will but that's not the case.

A Will remains valid after separation unless it is formally changed or revoked. This means your former partner could still inherit from your estate or remain appointed as an executor if your Will says so.

Anzac Day is a particularly special day for the Inder family.

Craig’s grandfather served in WW1 while studying for his law degree (beginning at Victoria University, Wellington in 1910 and completing it in 1917), noted on his transcript is that consideration was given for his service during WW1).

Craig’s father, Norman Inder served in WW2 while completing his law degree during service in Italy and Japan as a Lieutenant in the NZ Army, finalising his degree in 1947 upon his return to New Zealand.

Norm (as he was known) went on to establish his law firm where Craig was also a partner for 25 plus years before branching out nearly ten years ago to establish Inder Lamborn & Co based on the same core values that his father began his practice with over 50 years earlier.
