Do you know others who do?

Attorney James Lyon of Heritage Law will be presenting at the 14th Annual Hope and Help for the Holidays and Beyond Seminar on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.

The talk will mainly be focused on the three key phases of the estate planning process:

1) Incapacity – what happens when I can’t manage my own affairs?
2) Death – how will my assets be transferred at my death?
3) Asset Distribution – how best to leave my assets to my beneficiaries?

The purpose is to give attendees a clear idea of the key components of an estate plan, why all three phases are equally important, and why it is important to have a plan in place.

The seminar will be held from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the Poinsett Club, located at 807 East Washington St, Greenville, SC 29601. Lunch will be provided.
