I am pleased to share that, effective April 1, 2026, I will be joining the law firm of Ashmore Leaphart & Rabon, LLC as a partner. With my addition, the firm will be known as Ashmore Leaphart Rabon & Horton, LLC.

I will continue to focus on the same areas of practice that I have handled through the Horton & Horton Law Firm and the Law Office of E. Zachary Horton, LLC, including estate planning, probate and trust administration, and related business matters.

I am excited to work alongside Ben Leaphart, Neil Rabon, and Jessica Ferguson, whose professionalism and commitment to clients I greatly respect. I look forward to building on our shared values and expanding the services we can offer together.

Important Announcement from Horton & Horton Law Firm:

Effective December 1, 2025, Jan Horton has accepted a position with Toates Law Firm, where she will lead their Commercial Real Estate practice. While she focuses on the commercial side, she and the rest of the team at Toates Law Firm will continue to serve her residential real estate clients with the same level of care and attention.

As part of this transition, Horton & Horton Law Firm will become the Law Office of E. Zachary Horton. Our office will remain at the same location, continuing to focus exclusively on: Estate Planning; Probate, Estate & Trust Administration and Business Planning.

Beginning December 1, we will no longer handle real estate closing matters.
