What do good child arrangements actually look like after separation?

Quartz worktops have been in the headlines recently, following an increase in cases of silicosis. The cutting of quartz exposes crystalline silica which, when inhaled over prolonged periods of time, can lead to the development of silicosis, a long-term lung disease.
