CMRS would like to welcome and introduce our two newest employees! Attorney Nick Gregg, and Administrative & Scheduling Assistant to D. Todd Rush's team, Jessica Ireland!
Nick Gregg is a partner at CMRS whose practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, including corporate/business litigation, employment litigation, construction litigation, and personal injury/wrongful death. Nick also regularly advises clients on employment issues, contract negotiation, and other non-litigation matters.
Over the course of his career, Nick has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts across the country. Regardless of the case, Nick employs a client-oriented approach to his representation of clients. This includes a focus on working with the client to identify the client’s goals and then determining the best way that goal can be achieved.
For Nick, the best part about being an attorney is helping people. That means that, whether a client is a plaintiff or a defendant, Nick will always strive to obtain the best result for his clients in the most cost-effective manner.
In his personal life, he is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, an avid Cincinnati sports fan; regularly attending Bengals, Reds, and FC Cincinnati games, and he also enjoys playing bass guitar, kayaking, and spending time with his family.
Jessica Ireland joins D. Todd Rush's team and is new to Fairfield, Ohio! She just moved here from Southern California with her husband of 26 years, 2 of their four kids, her mom, and their cat, Poppy. Most of her work experience has been as an administrative assistant, and she loves spending time with family, decorating spaces, and getting lost in a good audiobook. And she's always on the hunt for great ice cream. Her new-found obsession? Graeter’s Black Raspberry Chip! Great choice, we couldn't agree more :)
