🚨 Be careful with unexpected texts, calls, or emails asking for your medical information. These may be scams trying to steal your information.
🚨 Always check if the message is real by logging into your health insurance account through a link you trust or by contacting them directly.
🚨 Remember, Medicare and Social Security will never ask for your personal details like your Medicare number or Social Security number in unsolicited messages.

If you believe someone has stolen your medical information and is using it, contact your Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP). SMPs empower and assist Medicare beneficiaries, their families, and caregivers in preventing, detecting, and reporting Medicare fraud, errors, and abuse.
