This week, Sam Wood had the pleasure of participating as a featured speaker at the Kāpiti First Home Buyers Seminar, hosted by Nu Taramai of Remax Capital Legacy and joined by Reina Heng-Mortgage/Financial Adviser of the Home Loan Factory.

The evening provided a fantastic opportunity to share insights, answer questions, and help pave the path toward home ownership for first-time buyers in our community.

A huge thank-you to Nu for hosting such a well-received event, and to everyone who came along!

What an incredible evening in support of Mary Potter Hospice and their Kāpiti community facility renovations!

From the delicious dinner by Relish Cafe and Catering, to the outstanding performances from Kāpiti’s emerging musical talent - the night was nothing short of inspiring.

It’s absolutely fantastic to know that the presence and generosity of everyone who attended A Night Under the Stars helped raise over $50,000.

We’re so proud to have been part of such a special event!
