Project Profile: Vine Ave Residence
At Vine Ave Residence, the bathrooms were designed to feel warm, calming, and effortlessly refined.
The copper finishes such as the accessories and heated towel rails by Heirloom International Ltd , are paired with neutral large-format tiles from Tile Warehouse, enveloping the spaces in a sense of warmth and texture.
In the kitchen, Zellige Gesso tiles introduce a handcrafted element to the splashback. It’s gently irregular surface and tonal variation create beautiful movement as the light shifts throughout the day.

Project Profile: Vine Ave Residence
Perched above the Maungatapu ridgeline with sweeping views across the water to Mount Maunganui, Vine Ave Residence is a home that feels warm, relaxed and deeply connected to its surroundings.
A layered palette of natural textures, warm timbers and soft, earthy tones creates a sense of calm throughout the home, while expansive glazing and skylights invite natural light to move through the spaces throughout the day.
At the heart of the home, the kitchen was designed as a place to gather, connect and entertain, while the bathrooms offer a quiet retreat defined by warmth, texture and thoughtful detailing.
The result is an interior that feels timeless, welcoming and effortlessly liveable. A home designed to be enjoyed every day.

A warm welcome starts at the front desk. For the reception refurbishment at Te Tuhi gallery, Nolita Cotto Matt tiles from TILE WAREHOUSE bring warmth, texture, and character to the space.
Paired with natural timber, corten steel and soft lighting, the result is inviting, timeless and perfectly suited to one of the gallery’s busiest spaces.

Project Profile: Makumaku Residence
A surface that deserves a second look.
Florim, Marble Tundra by Archant makes a statement from the moment you walk through the door, flowing effortlessly from the entryway through to the kitchen. Paired with rich timber, it creates a palette that’s warm and inviting.

Project Profile: Makumaku Residence
The dark Laminex New Zealand acrylic panel cabinetry grounds each space, creating a strong architectural backdrop that allows the warmth of the timber and the character of the benchtops to shine.
Within the master wardrobe, the Laminex New Zealand Surround Batten 25 adds depth and warmth to the space. They introduce a subtle statement whilst framing the dressing room beautifully.
