When the market speaks, the numbers tell the story.
At our Ray White auctions on 21 October, eight properties were presented, with a total of 173 bids recorded.
One property alone attracted 93 of those bids.
📍 246 Mahia Road, Weymouth
That's an incredible 54% of all bids recorded across the eight properties!
While the overall auction clearance rate was 50%, our Weymouth property SOLD under the hammer for $476,000.
But here's what I want homeowners to understand.
