Uber is going scorched earth on trying to defend the defenseless actions of its drivers! We have a similar case ongoing against another Gig economy company who failed to protected its customers by allowing a sexual predator to deliver for them! Enough already - we will demand full justice! Threatening the victims and their lawyers is a despicable act.

A New York Times investigation is raising serious questions about how Uber responds when survivors of sexual assault seek accountability through the civil justice system.

Uber says, “Sexual violence is never the survivor’s fault.” But according to the Times, survivors who brought claims against the company faced scrutiny of their clothing, alcohol use, personal histories and past trauma.
