Mesa just flipped to a buyer’s market, and I’m not sure people realize what that means. 👀

I’ve been helping families buy and sell in the East Valley for 22 years, and I remember 2021 like it was yesterday. We were writing offers $10K over list and still losing to seven other buyers. Many times telling the same buyer, “we didn’t get it”and I hated it.

Now? Sellers are paying closing costs. They’re offering rate buydowns. They’re actually fixing things after inspections. Mesa is officially a buyer’s market according to the Cromford Report, after heading that way every single week since August.

I know rates aren’t what anyone want. But there are rate buy downs, offer under list and even ARMS to help@with monthly payment.

So no, this isn’t a dream. ...Okay, it’s kind of a dream scenario. 😴🏡
