⚖️ HUGE WIN! 5TH CIRCUIT: FEDERAL SWITCHBLADE ACT UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

The Fifth Circuit has ruled Section 1242 of the Federal Switchblade Act unconstitutional under the Second Amendment! A major victory for Knife Rights and knife owners across America.

The court recognized switchblades as protected arms and confirmed that constitutional protection extends to the manufacturing and distribution activities that make acquiring them possible.

The fight continues: Section 1243 remains in place. The case returns to the district court, the ruling has not yet been implemented, and further review is possible.

When you get a DWI it's important to start working on the problem as soon as possible. Don't assume that a DWI arrest must lead to a DWI conviction.

If the police took your driver's license, either because you blew over the legal BAC limit or because you refused the test, then you only have 30 days to request an administrative hearing to delay or stop the suspension of your license.
