October Projects The Property Care Team
It's been a HUGE month for the team - and one that has required a multitude of our services.
Pre Sale Property Refresh x 3 incl: gardens, windows, carpets, water blasting.
End of tennancy x 2 incl gardens, windows, ovens, Deep cleaning.
Garden Refresh x 3 incl many, many flax needing trimming, trees reshaped, grasses shaped, punga trimmed and tidied & mulch layed.
Reverse gardening - 'new word' where we removed lots and lots of older plants and shrubs and unwanted foliage to make room for new landscaping...

Project 59 - Phase 1. Gardens reset.
This will be a Whole Property Service for End of Tennanacy.
We worked on resetting the gardens by w**ding throughout, removing green waste, trimming shrubs and flax and mowing the lawns.
Phase 2 - Windows, tracks and joinery cleaned, Carpets cleaned and whole house deep cleaned.
The Outcome will be a central Rangiora rental prepped and ready for new tennants.

Project 50 - Large Garden Refresh.
Whilst the owners are away - we got stuck in to their lovely gardens.
The Job - w**d throughout, tidy up and trim the giant flax, freshen the pungas at front, trim the undergrowth of the trees and Mulch throughout.
Here at The Property Care Team we care deeply for the properties we work in and on, our Goal is always to deliver outcomes our clients deserve.

🌿 PROJECT 6 – Garden Refresh 🌿

Whilst the owner is away on holiday, our mission at The Property Care Team is to get her gardens refreshed and ready for the warm summer ahead - and prepare the vegetable gardens for planting new crops. ☀️🌱

We started by clearing the w**ds, laying w**d matting, and then adding a generous layer of fresh soil and compost mix to give the garden beds a healthy new start.

Next up was the side garden - removing all those rather nasty white stones, adding fresh soil, planting lavender and finishing the area with a good layer of mulch. 💜

And then came the BIG job… KEVIN! 😂

Kevin is the GIANT yucca that had well and truly outgrown his space. We split him up, replanted his pups and gave the remaining Kevin some much-needed room to keep growing.

A good garden refresh can make such a difference - healthier beds, happier plants and a garden ready to enjoy for the season ahead. 🌿
