Not all agents bring the same skill set to the table. We're proud to be part of the Elite Auction Club, recognising the experience, knowledge and negotiation skills required to deliver results through auction. As a top-performing team, Brian and I combine our experience, local market knowledge and strategic approach to give our clients every advantage when selling their property. The right team. Five successful sales across Ohoka, Clarkville & Swannanoa.
It’s been a privilege to represent the owners of these outstanding properties and achieve excellent results through a combination of experience, local knowledge and a tailored marketing strategy.
If you’re considering selling, we’d welcome the opportunity to share our knowledge of the local market and discuss how we can help you achieve the best possible result.
Experience matters. Local knowledge counts. Results speak for themselves.

It was a privilege to be the agents entrusted with the sale of the beautiful Lacebark Function Centre and Wedding Venue. Properties like Lacebark are special and finding the right people to take on its next chapter takes knowledge, experience, understanding and trusted relationships.
Thank you to our vendors for trusting us with the sale of such a well-loved and unique property, and congratulations to both parties. We wish the new owners all the very best as they begin their journey with this special venue and its beautiful gardens, with Brian Davey Commercial and Industrial Sales and Lease
