Meat Process Workers wanted.

We are looking for day and night shift workers for a Meat Processing Plant in Hastings - Monday to Friday. Day shift is 5.45am to 2.30pm and Night shift is 4pm to 12.30am.

The role is based in the Lamb Boning Section of the Plant

Pay rate is 24.50 per hour plus 8% annual leave and you should expect to work 40+ hours per week.

Immediate start available.

Successful candidates will possess the following attributes and experience:

* Reliable, punctual and determined to be at work every day

* Some knife skills and meat trimming experience is beneficial but not essential

* Experience in packing and boxing up goods

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Physically fit and strong

* Work well in a team environment

* Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen

* Good English

Previous experience in meat related industries is an advantage but not essential.

Night Shift Hygiene Operators/Cleaners

We have 4-5 hygiene operators/cleaner positions to fill in beautiful Blenheim, Marlborough - the wine capital of New Zealand. Why not join our team of Backpackers and work at a renowned NZ meat processing company.

The hours are currently 3.30pm to 1am Monday to Friday - 4 days a week. Soon it will be 5 days a week and by mid April it usually goes to 7 days a week (We won't ask you to work all 7!) There are is also the opportunity for some extra hours from 4am to 6-6.30am. Yes it's a bit complicated but we will work with you to get something that suits you.

Pay is 27.50 per hour plus 8% annual leave and the start date is as soon as possible. No previous experience is required and all training is provided. Applicants MUST be able to work for a minimum of 2 months. You are welcome to work for longer!

Perfect for those on a Working Holiday Visas but others welcome to apply

Minimum hours: 35 per week
Maximum hours: 50 per week

Couples or groups welcome to apply

Accommodation can be arranged and is only 2kms from work.

What do you need?

• 2 years experience as either a Slaughterer, B***r or Slicer
• You must be able to prove that this work experience is real - we will tell you how
• Clean Police Clearance Certificate or Criminal Record
• Pass a Medical
• You do NOT need an English certificate but will need some English - again we will help with this.

Do you have skinning experience and/or good knife skills?
Can you skin and bone out an animal and then break it down ready for mincing?

If you can then we have a great job for you in the beautiful town of Twizel in the Mackenzie region.

You will also need to be physically fit and strong to join the small but tight knit team at this Pet Food Company. The work is Monday to Friday on the day shift - approx 40 hours per week and the pay rate starts at $27 per hour plus 8% annual leave. (Full job description available on request)

Initially the role is for 3 months but if it goes well then it may be extended and a work visa may be offered.

We have 2 hygiene operators positions to fill in Takapau, Central Hawkes Bay. It's night shift work 9pm to 6.30am Monday to Friday. Pay is $27.50 per hours plus 8% annual leave.

No previous experience required and all training provided but must be able to work for at least 6 weeks - but longer available. Perfect for those on a Working Holiday Visas.

We have accommodation available if necessary. Join a team of 36 - half of whom are backpackers.
