Yesterday’s Family Law Conference 2026 brought together members of the judiciary, experienced practitioners, and leading experts to examine the key issues shaping contemporary family law practice.

The programme included recent legislative and case law developments, judicial perspectives, and the increasingly complex challenges faced by family lawyers. Our presenters shared expert analysis, practical guidance, and valuable insights to support effective advocacy, sound decision-making, and confident practice.

The conference also provided an excellent opportunity to connect with colleagues and engage with members of the Bench and respected experts from across the family law community.

We extend our thanks to all presenters, attendees, and our sponsor JustFund for helping make the event a success.

• Common pitfalls and procedural issues
• Key amendments under the revised ASPRE (effective 21 April 2026)
