Join the San Diego County Bar Association and the Federalist Society’s San Diego Lawyers Chapter on August 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for an in-person discussion on the evolving landscape of administrative law.

Featuring Chief Judge Jennifer Walker Elrod of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, Professor Natalie Jacewicz of the University of San Diego School of Law, and moderator Professor Michael D. Ramsey, this timely program will examine recent Supreme Court decisions, including Jarkesy, Consumers’ Research, Trump v. Slaughter, and Trump v. Cook.

The discussion will explore the constitutional principles shaping these decisions, including executive authority, presidential control of federal agencies, the role of independent agencies, and the future of judicial review.

Attendees will gain insight into the practical implications of these developments and what they mean for attorneys navigating an increasingly complex administrative state.
