It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved coworker and friend, Richard Fields.

Richard was a respected real estate professional, trusted mentor, and cherished member of the KLNB family and our Columbia office. For over 30 years, Richard specialized in sales and leasing of commercial and industrial office, flex, and special use properties throughout the Baltimore/Washington Corridor. He joined KLNB in May 2013 after 16 years with Manekin and 14 years with Casey and Associates. Throughout his career, he left a lasting impact on colleagues, clients, and friends alike, and was known for his integrity, generosity, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to helping others.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Richard will be remembered for his wit, kindness, and the genuine care he showed to everyone around him. His legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched and the relationships he built.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Richard's family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered. 🕊️ 🩵

A celebration of Richard’s life will be held this Thursday, August 20th from 2:30 - 5:30pm at The Turn House Restaurant: 11130 Willow Bottom Drive, Columbia MD 21044.
