More homeowners are realizing that selling a home is more complex than it looks.

According to the latest data from the National Association of REALTORS®, FSBO sales have dropped to a historic low, with many sellers saying they struggled most with pricing, preparing the home for sale, marketing, paperwork, and negotiating.

That does NOT mean you shouldn’t try selling on your own if that’s the path you want to take. This post is simply meant to help homeowners understand the realities of today’s market before making that decision.
