Yesterday, Georgia credit union leaders had the opportunity to meet with gubernatorial candidate Rick Jackson to discuss issues important to the credit union movement.

Representatives from Delta Community Credit Union, Platinum Federal Credit Union, LGE Community Credit Union, and Georgia United Credit Union joined the conversation, discussing the business of credit unions, the importance of remote notarization, and efforts to address fraud.

We had a great in-district meeting with Congressman Eugene Vindman as we wrap up August recess. Representatives from Topside FCU, Apple Federal Credit Union, InFirst Federal Credit Union, and America's Credit Unions joined the conversation.

We discussed what local credit union leaders are hearing from members across the district, opportunities to strengthen financial access in the community, and legislative priorities that can support credit unions in improving the financial well-being of their members.
