Oklahoma law may give a surviving spouse the right to claim part of an estate—even if a will says otherwise.

If you have an escrow account, your lender is supposed to pay the county treasurer directly using funds collected in your monthly payment. But mistakes happen like wrong parcel numbers, missed transfers after a refinance, or underfunded escrow accounts.
