It happens every year like clockwork: that magical time of year when we all have to re-learn how to drive in the Spokane snow. 🫠❄️
As we head into another season of icy roads, early sunsets, and unpredictable weather, Tam has a few reminders worth keeping in your back pocket.
If you’re ever involved in a car accident this winter:
➡️ Safety is your most important thing! Check for injuries, call 911 if needed, and as soon as you can, move yourself somewhere safe.
➡️ As soon as you can, start documenting everything around you. It’s obvious to grab pictures of your car and the damage, but we’d also recommend photographing road conditions, traffic signs, and anything else that can help explain what happened. Winter road conditions can change quickly.
➡️ Lastly, keep ALL records (like accident-related paperwork, bills, appointment information, and communication with insurance).
