GSW Law will have two tents located between 22nd and 23rd Street on Central Avenue this Sunday at Halloween on Central. The event goes from 12-5pm and we will be raffling off the above TVs and bikes. There is one additional kids bike that is not pictured. It looks just like the white Huffy bike but it’s black. Entering the raffle is free and we will start raffling off the items at 3pm. In order to enter the raffle, you will need to swing by the booth and scan the QR for any/all raffle items on Sunday. Yes, you can enter all seven raffles if you’d like. The items will be raffled off every 15 minutes with the last drawing at 4:30pm. The raffle schedule is below. You do not need to be present at the time of the drawing. Upon entry you must include your phone number and all winners will receive a text. You must text back by Monday, October 26th to claim your item if you are a winner. If the winner fails to claim their item, a new winner will be drawn on Monday, October 26th and contacted. You do not need to pick up your item during Halloween on Central on Sunday. Pick up can be arranged at a later date at our law office located at 2037 First Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33713.

3pm- Kid’s Black Huffy Bike

3:15pm- Adult Blue/Gray Ozark Trail Bike

3:30pm - 65” TV

3:45pm- Kid’s White Huffy Bike

4pm- 50” TV

4:15pm- Adult Nel Lusso Baby Blue Bike

4:30pm- 65” TV

Halloween on Central is THIS Sunday, October 25th from 12-5pm. The GSW Law Team is putting their final touches on their costumes! We cannot wait to see you all there! We have multiple raffle items, which include both bikes and large screen TVs. And of course we have candy so come by trick or treating! It’ll be a ghoul of a time 😉

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE BEEN AN ACCIDENT

If you have been a car crash there are things to do and things you should not do to protect yourself:
Photograph the cars before they have been moved. Don't take just close ups of the damage; while you should do that, it is important to capture the whole scene. This also includes photographs of the interior of your car showing what item were disturbed by the force of the impact.
Call the police. Too often people try to be cordial and polite and not call the police only to find out later the at-fault driver tells a different story once a claim is made.
If you are experiencing pain or discomfort at the scene of the crash tell someone including the investigating officer.
It is very common for accidents to be witnessed by people who leave the scene and are never documented by the police. You should very politely ask people at the scene if they are willing to be contacted later and obtain name and phone number information. Most people if asked politely will agree to this
If you feel pain or discomfort, seek immediate medical attention. This does not mean you have to be carted away by an ambulance, but you should not wait.
Get insurance information from the other driver.
Photograph the scene for skid marks or debris such as broken glass or plastic.
Take photographs of bruises, cuts, lacerations etc..
DO NOT admit you were not hurt. Injuries frequently become apparent later.
DO NOT admit the impact was minor.
DO NOT admit fault.
DO NOT let the other driver leave without attempting to get relevant information.
