Attorney Lucas Fleming gave commentary to Channel 10 CBS on the Trial of Derek Chauvin.

Maryland's former chief examiner testified that carbon monoxide from the vehicle's exhaust could have been a contributing factor to George Floyd's death.

Attorney Fleming is quoted saying, "If there is carbon monoxide...this is the first time we've heard of this. No officers testified that. So, I think...that is a factor for the jury to consider."
