🏳️‍🌈 Rainbow Name Change Clinic Pride Edition: Join Fauver Law Office, PLLC at Hop Atomica on Sunday, June 28, 2-5 PM. Volunteer attorneys will be available to assist individuals with the legal name change process at no cost. To participate, please bring a valid state-issued ID and be prepared with the name you would like to adopt.

Thanks to support from Fairness Campaign, a limited number of filing fee scholarships are available for those who need financial assistance. If you would like help covering the court filing fees (approximately $140), please let one of the attorneys know during your appointment. If you are able to pay your own filing fees, we encourage you to do so. And if you'd like to help make the process more accessible for someone else, donations to support additional filing fee assistance are greatly appreciated.

Together, we can help ensure that everyone has the opportunity to obtain identification that reflects who they are!

For 8 people who filed their name changes in 2023, I just got bills from the County Clerk (for the recording fee). This happened once before when Yates became the clerk recently (a different set of bills).
I was never sent this bills before, they will get these paid this week.

It is funny, as some people my age are retiring or slowing down/retiring, I am ramping up and getting licensed in another State. While I may change what type of law I do, I became a lawyer to help people and I actually love what I do, most day.
