Help us give a big Keaty welcome to Robin Racca, one of the newest Expert Advisors joining the Keaty Team! 💙

Robin joins Keaty Real Estate as an Expert Advisor, bringing with her an incredible 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry. During her time with Tsunami, she served as an Executive Administrator overseeing HR, payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative operations across all four locations. After spending so many years in a career centered around people and service, real estate felt like the perfect next chapter.

A Lafayette native, Robin graduated from Ovey Comeaux High School and later earned an Associate Degree in General Studies from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She’s also a proud mom to one son and two bonus kids.

She describes herself as caring, trustworthy, and thorough, and when asked what giving 110% means to her, Robin said it’s about “giving it more than your all, going above and beyond, paying attention to even the smallest details, confidently knowing you are doing your absolute best.” That attention to detail and genuine care for others are qualities she’s excited to bring to every client she works with.

Outside of real estate, Robin loves decorating and organizing her home, dining out, local festivals, thrifting, being a plant mom, getting crafty, spending time outdoors with family and friends, rocking out to her kid’s band, and watching the sunset with a good glass of w**e!

One of Robin’s favorite things about Acadiana is the joie de vivre—the way our community celebrates life through food, music, festivals, family, friends, and always finding a reason to gather.

For Robin, home is more than just a place. It’s where memories are made, where people feel safe, and where they can truly be themselves. We’re excited to welcome Dylon Poncho - Realtor to the Keaty Team! 💙

Dylon joins Keaty Real Estate as an Expert Advisor with a year and a half of real estate experience and a background that has shaped the way he approaches both his work and his clients. A former collegiate baseball player at UL with five years of coaching experience, Dylon credits those years with teaching him the importance of communication, punctuality, hard work, and perseverance.

He describes himself as detail-oriented, focused, and self-driven, and his take on giving 110% pretty much sums up his mindset: “Anything worth doing is worth overdoing.”

A 2015 graduate of Kinder High School, Dylon is also a proud member of the Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana and the Turkey Clan, with his heritage being an important part of who he is.

Outside of real estate, you’ll probably find him running, weightlifting, reading, spending time with his family, or hanging out with his English Bulldog. And after calling Acadiana home for the past decade, he says two of his favorite things about living here are the incredible food and the genuine kindness of the people.

Dylon’s goal in real estate is to build lasting relationships while helping his clients feel informed and confident throughout the entire process. His favorite mantra says a lot about the standard he sets for himself: “How you do one thing is how you do everything.”
