Fridays are always better when you have a closing!

I started working with Brock and the purchase of his first home towards the end of 2024. We searched high and low and toured many homes in search of the perfect property. Months went by and we still hadn’t found one that fit his needs.

On top of that, half way through 2025, Brock needed to get a new car, so his first home purchase needed to be put on hold for the time being. After keeping in touch, we resumed the search at the begging of this year and checked out a few more homes before finding the right one. And this one wasn’t even listed yet! But we got in and secured it and now Brock closed on his first home! Congrats dude! I know you and Ashley will make it a home y’all can enjoy for many years!
