About Jo Vonna Hill
JO VONNA HILL, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, began her career in Human Resources in 1985 with Hermann Hospital. She currently works at the law firm, Pagel, Davis & Hill, where she coordinates Human Resource and legal work performed for clients of the law firm. She provides consulting for small to medium-sized business in legal compliance audits, employee relations, investigations, EEOC and unemployment claims, FMLA and ADA administration, and litigation prevention and support. Her experience includes management and/or consulting in numerous industries including manufacturing, medical, education, oil & gas, transportation, and construction. She has served in leadership positions at HR Houston as HR Ambassadors Committee Chair, Gulf Coast Symposium on HR Issues Committee Chair, and as a Special Projects Panel member.
