True or False?

If I put my real estate in a Trust, that protects the real estate because the Trust (and/or the Trustees of the Trust) can not be sued regarding the real estate.

We are currently working on a Quiet Title/Adverse Possession matter.

It is a myth (at least in South Carolina) that you can acquire real property JUST by paying the property taxes.

South Carolina case law says the following:

"Payment of taxes alone does not constitute actual possession of the land, or establish adverse possession thereof. Certainly, of itself, it does not establish title by adverse possession."

"While not determinative of the issue of adverse possession, payment of taxes may be a very weighty fact in support of such a title, especially in cases of payments involving large tracts of land over a long period of time."
