A huge congratulations to my ChuckTown Homes Greenville team! We found out the other night that we won the “Real Estate - Residential” category in the 2026 Best of The Upstate awards!

I am especially proud of this, both for our people, and for myself. I feel that I have brought a lot of myself — mindset, attitude, and real estate wisdom — to this team and have really poured into my colleagues to help and guide them into not only becoming exceptional agents, but also hopefully setting an example of what being a kind human being looks like.

At the end of the day, however, this award isn’t possible without all of our clients. Not only did you allow us to serve you in one of the most anxiety-ridden and high-stress financial decisions in life, but you also turned out in numbers to vote us into being recognized as the best.

We share this award with wonderful clients like you, for without you we miss out on the amazing transactions that we continue to learn and gain valuable market experience from, and the very human stories that we’ve been able to share together in that season of us searching for homes, negotiating offers, game-planning how to get your home sold, etc.

Another day, another listing under contract! Congratulations to my seller! We reduced price quickly and 2x, during a lull in our market, and then all of a sudden — multiple offers in one day. Market is funny like that, but thankful for a seller that continues to trust me, and the process. 🙏🏽

Huge congratulations to M&M! 🎉

We went under contract on APRIL 3RD, and finally... finally closed today! This was a testament of patience, perseverance, flexibility, and graciousness all around — by both my sellers and the buyer’s agent and buyers! But we did it! And all parties can now say that we have successfully navigated a loan assumption process. 😬 If you want to know the deets, or contemplating doing one with some buyers or sellers, definitely reach out! Would be glad to share what we learned.

Thank you to Aaron Parkkonen my co-op agent; a short, sweet, and fun closing w/ Cam over at Sallé Law Firm ; and especially happy to see my fellow ChuckTown Homes Greenville teammate, Samantha Hicks, at the closing table, as she introduced the sellers to me to help them sell, w/ M&M closing on their new home they’re purchasing today as well.

Truly truly, without the right team of people, and all parties putting their best efforts forward in controlling the “controllables”, all while being kind, we would not have successful closings such as these — where everyone is happy, relieved, and wouldn’t ignore or cross to the other side of the street if we saw each other in public. 🤪

The market has definitely softened some — probably a combination of more inventory coming on the market and the midsummer lull with people traveling and going on vacay! ⛱️☀️

Average days on market is 61, so we still came in way below average at 33 days! Thankful for a seller who trusted my guidance, as we dropped price quickly, when we weren’t seeing the activity we were supposed to, to get it sold. 😤
