Would you take an overpriced listing just to get the sign in the yard? 👀
Sometimes sellers want a number the market simply won’t support. Saying yes may
feel easier in the moment, but it can lead to months of frustration, wasted marketing,
repeated price reductions, and a damaged relationship.
Our job isn’t to tell clients what they want to hear. Our job is to guide them with
honesty, experience, and integrity.
My favorite response?
“I’m not willing to put a sign in your yard over this price.”
Agents—how do you handle sellers with unrealistic price expectations? Do you walk
