He makes a fair point 🤔
Nepotism isn't a bad thing according to Sylvester Stallone, who argues that it's natural for parents to want to give their children the best in life 👀
The Rocky actor weighed in on the Hollywood Nepo Baby conversation when asked about giving his daughter, Scarlet Rose Stallone, a role in season four of crime drama Tulsa King as his character Dwight Manfredi's daughter.
"First, they go, ‘Nepotism is terrible.’ I said, ‘Oh please, you’re not a good parent if you haven’t performed a little nepotism. Then obviously you don’t care about your kids, because they come first," Stallone told USA Today, when asked whether or not the 24-year-old had earned her place in the series.
"Of course it’s nepotism, you idiot. That’s why we’re parents. We want the best for our children. So obviously we let them have every advantage." 😲
The 80-year-old went on to add that giving someone an opportunity isn't the same as them proving themselves, adding that it's up to his daughter to 'maintain that level of excellence'.
