Submitting your student visa application late could mean missing your intended intake. INZ continues to recommend applying at least 3 months before your course starts.

⚠️ Another key update: Police certificates must now be included with the application where required. INZ will generally not request missing police certificates later, and applications may be declined or granted for a shorter period.
