A couple of weeks ago our team swapped the office for the kitchen and took on the Riverside Kitchen MasterChef Challenge as part of our midwinter celebrations. From chopping and stirring to plating up some impressive creations, it was a fantastic evening filled with teamwork, laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of delicious food.

Matt Marshall attended the opening night of the Ashburton Society of Arts 62nd Annual Exhibition on behalf of RMF Silva. As proud sponsor of the Premier Award, it was a pleasure to celebrate the outstanding talent on display.

Congratulations to artist Karen Boyce, on winning the 2026 award. The exhibition is open to the public until 31 July 2026.

Hinds Young Farmers are hosting an informative and engaging evening with lawyer Jack Sands of RMF Silva, taking place at the Wayside Inn, Hinds, on Friday 24 April from 7:00pm.

Jack will share practical insights into key topics relevant to those in the rural sector, including equity partnerships, pre-nuptial agreements, and essential tips for understanding and navigating contracts. This is a valuable opportunity to gain clarity on complex legal matters that can significantly impact your business and personal future.

On Saturday 21 March 2026, our RMF Silva team was proud to take part in Relay for Life, standing together with our community to honour survivors, remember loved ones, and support the ongoing fight against cancer.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported us — especially those who purchased tickets in our raffle. Your generosity helped boost our fundraising efforts, and we are excited to share that Sarah Crawford was our lucky winner!

A massive thank you to our amazing team for showing up with energy and dedication. We’re already looking forward to the next Relay for Life event!

RMF Silva is pleased to welcome two new graduates to our team, Sophy and Ben.

Sophy joined us in November after completing her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Criminology at the University of Otago.

Ben joined in January, having graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Otago in 2024 and bringing a year of experience as a Law Clerk.

RMF Silva is excited to have them both on board as they begin their legal careers!
