Are you a first or second year contract milker for June 2027 in Canterbury?

Rural Coach , Argyle Welsh Finnigan, Leech & Partners Ltd - Chartered Accountants and EverSafe are pleased to bring you the second year of "From the Gate" this November, a programme designed specifically for early career contract milkers.

Starting with an introductory session on 24 November 2026 participants will get a kick start in farm safety, accounting and people leadership to help them start strongly From the Gate. We also have reflections from a farmer who has been there and understands the experience, along with conversations with the bank.

But it doesn't stop there. From January to May 2027, on one day each month we will deep dive further into one of those topics so you've got the tools you need in the toolbox.

Huge thanks to Mid Canterbury Rural Support Trust for sponsoring this initiative.

If you're an early career contract milker in Canterbury, or you know someone who is taking that step, this could be the programme for them.

Send me an email at [email protected] to get more information.
