A few of our REMAX Camosun Oak Bay office REALTORS® headed out to give back by helping clean up the shoreline and connect with the community along the way 👏

They also set up a tent with hot coffee for the locals out enjoying the beach (and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed!)

A big thank you to .victoria for generously donating the coffee, and to for the dog water bowl, it was a big hit with all the four-legged visitors 🐾

Such a great way to give back. Let us know if you think we should start a monthly REMAX beach cleanup group!!

We’re happy to welcome Cale Sterloff as a licensed REALTOR® to the REMAX Camosun crew!

Cale switched from over 20 years in banking to real estate to help people find their ideal home or property.

An Economics graduate from the University of Victoria, he helps clients, from first-time buyers exploring Victoria’s neighbourhoods to negotiating the best terms, with clear, data-driven guidance, loyalty, and a client-first approach.

Outside of work, Cales lives in Mill Bay with his wife, Anna, and their four boys. After 24 years across Greater Victoria, he knows what it means to settle here. Family time is a priority, whether it’s weekend adventures or supporting their kids’ activities. He enjoys scuba diving and aviation, and he is currently working toward his commercial pilot’s licence.
