My journey towards becoming a conscious connected Breathwork facilitator has been a long and windy road. Here’s what I could fit into a 6:00 video. Ultimately surrendering to a felt sense and listening to a calling to step outside my comfort zone and into the unknown has led me to this path. A huge thank you to Keli Carpenter who has been a profound teacher in preparing me for this offering!

End of the road places hold an untamed majesty that can reconnect us to where we began - and where we will return. They defy the pace of change and invite us to feel the wild edges that we cannot control. They remind us that while the pace of change is accelerating in our cities, the true cycles of our world move in thousand year cycles of the forests. Million year cycles of the stone. These places welcome us to dwell in the eternal source of our being, inviting us to remember that we are whole. To protect them is to protect our very essence. To forget them and sell them off as mere commodities is to say that we are not worthy of love - and nothing could be less true.
