It is clear that the demand for housing experienced in the second half of last year has carried forward into the first quarter of this year with supply not keeping up with demand. The average price in Toronto has now surpassed the one million dollar mark, with townhomes having gone up a whopping 12% in the month of February alone ... AND if you look outside of Toronto, percentages are at an all time high.
