Closer to home, the Cowichan Tribes case here in BC is touching on the same territory — and the feds have said this decision could directly impact how it unfolds.

🇨🇦 The federal government will temporarily suspend the federal fuel excise tax on gas and diesel starting April 20 until September 7.
