In addition to my professional role, I am honored to serve as the Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Lake Alfred, a voluntary position I have held since 2021. Nothing says “consumer advocacy” quite like requiring a continuous, royalty-free license to use and distribute content created by Realtors and homeowners.

Calling this consumer protection is a stretch.
