Over the past couple of months, I’ve welcomed so many new faces here, and I felt led to pause and truly reintroduce myself not just what I do, but why I do it.
My name is Faye Simpson, and I’m a Broker Associate with LPT Realty. I entered real estate in 2019, and I know without a doubt this wasn’t by accident this was God’s alignment.
I am a first-generation American.
I didn’t grow up learning about credit, finances, or homeownership. My mother came to this country from Haiti at just 18 years old, on nothing but a dream, a wish, and faith. She endured a 30-day voyage across the seas, risking her life for the opportunity of a new life in America.
Homeownership became the foundation that changed her life and now that she’s no longer here, I see even more clearly how owning a home created stability, opportunity, and a pathway forward for her. That realization ignited a deeper fire in me and solidified my purpose.
Before real estate, I didn’t understand the system either. But God opened my eyes to how many families struggle not because they lack discipline or desire but because no one ever taught them the rules.
That burden became my assignment.
Today, I serve:
• Families without large savings
• Single mothers doing the best they can
• Buyers whose credit isn’t perfect (and that’s okay)
• First-time buyers who just need guidance, belief, and a plan
I’ve made it my mission to learn down payment assistance, closing cost programs, and real solutions that don’t require an arm and a leg because I truly believe homeownership should be attainable for everyday families.
Next month, I’m launching my credit repair business, FS Life Solutions, because credit and homeownership go hand in hand and my heart is to help families build lasting wealth through real estate.
And in this season of growth, I’m also stepping into leadership as I build my real estate team, Signature Collective | Powered by LPT Realty rooted in faith, integrity, service, and excellence.
I’ve always had a heart to serve.
I served my community through fitness.
But this… this is my calling.
You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t need a 700+ credit score.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need a goal and faith to take the first step.
