Thank you Mark Gelbman for teaching a great and highly educational class this week! We appreciate all that you do for us here at NOCBOR ®️

Your free CE session on DSCR & Bank Statement Loans was packed with practical value. You broke down how these programs help more buyers qualify when traditional income docs fall short, walked through DSCR calculations, highlighted eligible vs. ineligible deposits, and shared real-world scenarios where these tools keep investor deals from falling apart.
