❤️ Some people become part of the heart of a place. For KW Premier, David Niezgoda is one of those people.

If you know Dave, you know.

He’s the guy who’s always there. The one who greets you with a good morning, never leaves without saying goodbye, and is always willing to lend a hand, answer a question, or share a little wisdom.

He’s been part of our office family for years, and there’s something really special about having someone you can always count on.

Outside of real estate, he’s a proud grandpa who absolutely adores his grandbabies. And that same heart he has for his family? He brings it into our office, too.

Dave, you probably don’t realize how much those little everyday things mean to the people around you. But we notice. And we’re grateful.

But the number isn’t really what we’re proud of.

It’s the families who bought their first home. The sellers moving into their next chapter. The agents who made it to a kid’s game because they built a business that gives them that freedom. The vacations booked. The bills paid. The goals getting a little closer.

That’s what these numbers represent.

In September, our agents helped close more than $58 million in real estate but more importantly, they served 236 clients while continuing to build businesses and lives by design.

And that’s the part worth celebrating.

The real estate market continues to evolve, and what agents need from their brokerage is evolving right along with it.

The fundamentals of this business haven’t changed. But the environment in which you build your business matters.

Training matters.
Coaching matters.
Leadership matters.
Models and systems matter.
And being surrounded by people who are willing to collaborate, share and grow together matters.

What I’ve learned over the years is that an agent’s needs will change throughout their career. The support you need while building production may look very different from what you need as you grow a team, create leverage, step into leadership or build something beyond your own sales business.

Your brokerage should be able to grow with you.

At Keller Williams First, Premier & Preferred, our goal is to create an environment where agents have access to the tools, people, opportunities and support they need for whatever season of business they’re in.

Because choosing a brokerage is about more than a split.

It’s about asking, “Is this an environment where I can build the business I truly want?”
