This is one transaction where I questioned my life choices (should have just gone to nursing school years ago. lol). My client didn't make it easy. Despite of it, what I see is a grieving widow who misses her husband of 38 years. I see a longing mother who wishes that her kids would check on her on occasion. I see a client who is apologetic after her outbursts. Making these big decisions on her own was overwhelming. I held her hand throughout the entire process. Wiring funds, signing escrow paperwork, taking care of repairs, arranging movers, transferring utilities. She still has a to-do list that I might have to help her with. It's ok. She just gained a family in me.
