Jojo is TEN!
and I have been parents for 10 years- what a trip.
We are so lucky to have been blessed with this amazing girl. I was 22 when she was born and we absolutely did not have things together the way we do now.
She was the motivation for all we’ve done and honestly all we are today.
I can’t even begin to imagine what our lives would be like today without her blessing us. She is the most fun, creative, wild card of a kid I’ve ever met.
Being a mom, without really having one growing up, has been a very interesting. I couldn’t have had a better kid to have learned how to do it with than her. ❤️💕🥳

It was so fun to be able to absolutely spoil and celebrate her today to celebrate these big double digits. 🤩🥰

This is a very interesting and dynamic profession and I can’t say it’s easy. I work A LOT. Every day and every transaction is very different. This awesome buyer initially reached out to me and stated she was driving upwards of 3 hours each way to her job located in Thousand Oaks!
We got her approved and really looked into our options. After dealing with some fun HOA issues/clearances, and special assessments for quite some time we were able to close on this adorable penthouse in Thousand Oaks!

Just closed! I met these amazing clients through their daughter, who I sold a house to this last fall.

They really wanted a home in a very specific area of Ventura, not too high on the hillside, above the college, having a little bit of a tight budget for the area, and more of a turnkey situation. We were looking for their forever home and also just that right diamond. This was a big move back to Ventura for them after being away a long time.

First step, was that they needed to sell their home down in Mission Viejo. I introduced them to a great friend of mine down there and they had a wonderful and quick transaction with multiple offers.

Then, after a little while of looking here, with very limited inventory in the area they were looking, there was an agent in my office with a home that could potentially be sold off market. The person really did not want to go on the market and it seemed like these buyers and sellers were just a perfect fit.
It’s always so fun to be able to collaborate and put buyers and sellers together with another amazing agent in my office.

We were able to put them together and successfully close this transaction. We went into escrow with it off market, while keeping their contingency for the closing of their home down in Mission Viejo.

This is one of the many reasons that I work at Sothebys. We have so many phenomenal listings, in-house, that we get to be the first ones to hear about. I feel like it has opened so many doors to have my clients- incredible opportunities to homes they would otherwise never see.

I’m so grateful to have represented these awesome clients and also so grateful for the referral and trust given to me by their daughter. It’s always fun when the stream come true situations happen and I’m so happy to have been a part of it!!
