She was chosen in 2016 to film an episode for HGTV’s “Beachfront Bargain Hunt.” Kim has since filmed 9 additional shows for HGTV’s “Island Life” and “House Hunters” which have all premiered 2017 – 2019. Her latest episode for “Island Life” recently premiered on Discovery Plus! (2021) The HGTV shows have done a beautiful job of showcasing the Space Coast’s waterfront properties and all that Brevard County has to offer! Kim completed 2021 with 17M+ in sales and finished in the TOP 100 of ALL Brevard Realtors ONCE AGAIN! She continues to lead The KIM TILLETT Team and remains intensely focused on service, integrity and discretion.
