This article was written before the beginning of Trumps second term. It predicted the gradual dismantling of asylum. I also predicted that in many posts. Well, its August 28, 2026 and this week it was announced that asylum applicants that came here on a B1/B2 may have their visas revoked while maintaining their asylum application. Now this is a giant step in ending the right of asylum in the US. It would be the largest mass revocation of visas (B1/B2) in the history of the United States.

The Trump administration is achieving its unspoken goal of ending the right to asylum in America. The latest proposal is to revoke B1/B2 visas of people that came in on tourist visas and then applied for asylum. This would prevent anyone from adjusting status say by marrying a US citizen after they applied for asylum. The assault of LEGAL IMMIGRATION continues. The ability to seek Asylum in the United States is on life support and nearing death. As I predicted years ago when Trump took office the first time; "he will end asylum." Yesterday USCIS enacted a new rule that allows the immigration agency (USCIS) to deny an interview by its officers without an interview and refer you to immigration court for deportation. It is the boldest move yet to practically put an end to seeking asylum in America. The assault of legal immigration is continuing. I said LEGAL immigration not illegal. Kim K. Just doesn't have what it takes to become a lawyer! I also did not pass the bar exam on the first try in the second hardest state (NY) to pass behind California but i did after that and have been practicing for more than 25 years. Stick to whatever you do best Kim. (Which I don't even know that is?)

Kim Kardashian has been dedicated to becoming a lawyer for over seven years and promised o never give up.

But she has now decided to walk away.
