A tougher market reveals a lot about an organization.

Through August, transactions across our MLS are up just 2.3% compared to last year.

At Haven, transactions are up 11.7%.

We’re proud of that.

But another number tells an even bigger story.

There are 2,330 agents in our MLS. 601 haven’t closed a single sale in 2026.

That means more than 1 out of every 4 local agents has yet to put a transaction on the board this year.

Across the MLS, 74.2% of agents have closed at least one sale.

At Haven, that number is 94%.

Production tells a similar story.

The average MLS agent has closed 4.5 sales YTD... The average Haven agent has closed 6.6.

Same market. Same interest rates. Same buyers and sellers.

Different results.

And we believe there’s a reason.

Through August, the broader MLS is up only about 2.3% in transactions and less than 1% in sales volume year over year.

Haven is up 11.7% in transactions and 16.8% in volume.
