Another win for another first time buyer!

Did you know that some national builders also own mortgage companies? They usually offer loans at rates much lower than market rate and often give breaks on closing costs too! These clients got to take advantage of both, lowering their monthly payment substantially!

First time home buyers are UNDER CONTRACT! We were able to negotiate seller paid closing costs and a home warranty! Homes are out there for every price point right now - what kind of home are you looking for?

Thanks so much, Randy! It was a pleasure doing our THIRD deal together!

Great Job, Tiffany!

This property was hands down one of the most unique spots I've ever come across. This hand built French chalet featured full rock walls and foundation using material found right on the property! Inside, the craftsmanship was off the charts!

The special family who purchased this home is looking to create a special property complete with an orchard and apiary and meadery that that will be enjoyed for generations!

Cograts to the Hoilands!
