So excited for another set of first time buyers! Getting to call and give the news of “ Guess what, your offer was accepted “ 🎉 NEVER GETS OLD.

I met this family last summer at an open house, they were very specific about wanting to live in the Mariposa Community in Saugus - Plum Canyon area and even more specific that they wanted one specific floor plan, that might I add rarely becomes available. They also had a very strict timeline on when their lease was going to be up and needed to move.

This is the very first one of this floor plan that has come available ( even with door knocking the neighborhood monthly) since last summer, and just in time!

I’m so excited to be able to guide this great family through the process and make escrow a quick and easy process!
